Refund Policy

Welcome to EZ Trade Pro, a platform developed to enable you to trade and invest in cryptocurrencies with an automatic crypto trader bot, which you can solely control and configure the settings. Our platform, will be jointly referred to as our “Services” in these terms and conditions.

1.1 All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds, whether in full or partial, for any subscription fees, one-time purchases, or other payments made for the use of the Software.

1.2 Users are responsible for reviewing the Software features and pricing before making a purchase. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

2.1 Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, cancellation will not result in a refund of any fees already paid. Users will retain access to the Software until the end of their current billing cycle unless account closure is requested.

2.2 If a subscription is canceled before the renewal date, users will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in the current cycle.

3.1 The Company does not make exceptions to this Policy, except where required by applicable law.

3.2 In cases of billing errors or fraudulent transactions, users may contact info@eztradepro.com within 7 days of the transaction for review. If the Company determines that an error has occurred, a refund or credit may be issued at the Company's sole discretion.

4.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.

4.2 Continued use of the Software after modifications to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
