EZTRADE REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

1. Overview

The EZTrade Referral Program (“Program”) allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers to EZTrade Pro.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate.

EZTrade Pro reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have an active EZTrade Pro account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

EZTrade reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Participants in the Program are independent contractors.

Participation does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship with EZTrade.

Participants are solely responsible for their own actions, marketing, and compliance.

4. Referral Commissions

Participants may earn recurring commissions based on the subscription activity of referred users.

Commission Structure:

  • 20% recurring commission (base tier)
  • 25% recurring commission (10+ active referrals)
  • 30% recurring commission (25+ active referrals)

Commissions are earned only on active, paying subscriptions.

EZTrade reserves the right to modify commission rates or structures at any time.

5. Commission Eligibility

A referral qualifies for commission only when:

  • The user signs up through your unique referral link
  • The user completes the 7-day free trial
  • The user successfully completes their first paid subscription

No commissions are paid for:

  • Free trials
  • Failed payments
  • Refunded transactions
  • Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred accounts

6. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid on a recurring monthly basis
  • Payments are based on active subscriptions during the billing cycle
  • EZTrade may establish minimum payout thresholds and payout schedules
  • EZTrade reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust payments in cases of refunds, disputes, or suspected abuse

7. Referral Discounts

Referred users may receive promotional discounts at EZTrade’s discretion.

Commissions are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer.

8. Prohibited Activities

Participants may not:

  • Refer themselves or create duplicate accounts
  • Make misleading, deceptive, or false claims (including guaranteed profits)
  • Represent themselves as official EZTrade representatives
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or unauthorized promotions
  • Use paid advertising, brand bidding, or trademark usage without approval

Violation may result in:

  • Removal from the Program
  • Forfeiture of commissions
  • Account suspension or termination

9. Marketing & Compliance

Participants must:

  • Clearly disclose referral relationships (e.g., “I may earn commissions from referrals”)
  • Avoid financial advice or guarantees of profit
  • Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws

EZTrade is not responsible for participant marketing practices.

10. Termination

EZTrade reserves the right to:

  • Remove any participant at any time
  • Modify or discontinue the Program
  • Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud or abuse

Participants may stop participating at any time.

11. Disclaimer

EZTrade Pro is a software platform designed to assist with trading strategies.

It does not provide financial advice.

Trading involves risk, and results may vary.

Participants are responsible for their own representations and communications.

12. Limitation of Liability

EZTrade shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
  • Technical issues affecting tracking, reporting, or payouts

All decisions made by EZTrade regarding the Program are final.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

14. Additional Terms

Participation in the EZTrade Referral Program is also subject to EZTrade’s general Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by both these Referral Program Terms and EZTrade’s Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and the general Terms and Conditions, EZTrade reserves the right to interpret and apply the applicable terms at its discretion.
