Welcome to EZ Trade Pro, a platform developed to enable you to trade and invest in cryptocurrencies with an automatic crypto trader bot, which you can solely control and configure the settings. Our platform, will be jointly referred to as our “Services” in these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
To access all the features of the EZ Trade Pro Platform, you will need to subscribe to the service (“Subscription”). EZ Trade Pro offers different subscription packages, which can vary in terms of the number of positions, selected coins, frequency of market scans, and level of support from EZ Trade Pro. You can find all of the available packages on our website. The Subscription period will begin and end in accordance with the start and end dates specified in the subscription package unless terminated earlier by the User or by EZ Trade Pro in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable laws and regulations (“Initial Term”).
Upon subscription, EZ Trade Pro will provide immediate access to the Platform in accordance with the Subscription. The User can use and set up one trader bot on the Platform per subscription. Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the Subscription will renew automatically for the same period as the Initial Term, unless written notice is given via the Website or Platform by EZ Trade Pro or the User of its intention not to renew the Subscription. The Subscription will terminate one month after this notification. The User has the right to cancel the Subscription within 14 days of subscribing. All billing cycles will be processed on a month-to-month basis regardless of what type of Subscription the User selects. In the event of early termination of a yearly Subscription offer, the User will be charged an early cancelation fee equal to but not to exceed the remaining balance of the Subscription term. A month-to-month user has the right to change their Subscription plan to a yearly option at any time.
2. Registration and Personal Account
To fully utilize the Platform’s functions, you must register and create an account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide your email address and select a strong password, which will constitute your “Login Credentials.”
In order to use the EZ Trade Pro bot, you must have USD funds available in your exchange account. Please note that our platform does not handle the initial deposit of funds. You are responsible for depositing fiat currency into your account, and once deposited, once money has been deposited, may be withdrawn as soon as the exchange will allows it. However, any profits earned through the use of the EZ Trade Pro bot can be withdrawn in fiat currency. It’s important to understand that depositing or withdrawing cryptocurrencies directly through your account is not supported by our platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials and account usage. Your account cannot be used by any third party, and you are not entitled to use the Platform if your Account is blocked or deleted.
You guarantee that all information provided during account creation is correct and complete, and you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information in your Account. EZ Trade Pro reserves the right to restrict Account access, withhold Account approval, or require additional information for approval.
3. Offers and Prices
All offers and free trials of EZ Trade Pro Services are subject to these Terms. Prices displayed on the website, app, and platform do not include taxes or additional charges unless otherwise indicated. EZ Trade Pro reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. EZ Trade Pro is not bound by an offer or quotation that could reasonably be assumed to contain an obvious mistake or error. EZ Trade Pro reserves the right to change its monthly or yearly Subscription fees at any time. EZ Trade Pro also reserves the right to add additional features not covered in the monthly or yearly fees. Additional fees for features offered are not required by the User to utilize.
4. Subscription
To access all the features of the EZ Trade Pro Platform, you will need to subscribe to the service (“Subscription”). 5. Payment
Subscription fees will be paid monthly by the User, and payment methods are displayed on the website, including options such as PayPal, credit cards, and cryptocurrencies. If EZ Trade Pro is unable to collect the subscription fee, or if the User does not pay the fees within the specified period, EZ Trade Pro has the right to disable any functionality of the Platform or Account without prejudice to any other rights EZ Trade Pro may have. EZ Trade Pro also retains the right to charge the User for the remaining balance of the yearly Subscription in a single charge if the User terminates their Subscription.
6. Proper use of our Platform
To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree not to use our Services in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to financial and taxation regulations. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the Platform or any other Services. You also agree not to engage in the following actions, either personally or through third parties: ●Access any non-public or secure areas of the Platform or other Services; ●Transmit viruses, worms, spam, chain letters, or any other unsolicited communication or material; ●Probe, scan or test the Platform or other Services for vulnerabilities, or otherwise breach security or authentication measures; ●Use automated systems to extract data from the Platform, also known as “screen-scraping”; ●Create copies of the Platform or other Services; ●Attempt to sell, distribute, rent, sublicense, loan, merge, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange, translate, hack, distribute, harm, or misuse the Platform or other Services; ●Create derivative works of any kind from the Platform or other Services. If you violate this clause or any other provisions of these Terms, or if you cause harm to EZ Trade Pro, its Users, or Signal Providers, EZ Trade Pro may temporarily or permanently disable any functionality of the Platform or other Services.
7. Privacy Policy
When you use our Services, we will collect certain personal data from you. For more information about what data we collect and how we use it, please refer to our Privacy Policy available at https://www.eztradepro.com/privacy.
8. Intellectual Property
EZ Trade Pro is the exclusive licensee of all intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. By using our Services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and your Subscription, if you comply with all of your obligations. However, if you fail to comply with your obligations, EZ Trade Pro may revoke your license without any notice of default.
9. Availability of the Services and disclaimer of warranties
EZ Trade Pro offers its Platform as a service through its website. While EZ Trade Pro strives to ensure that Users can access and use the Platform at all times, it cannot guarantee error-free and uninterrupted access or functioning. EZ Trade Pro will use reasonable efforts to select and provide reliable Signal Providers. However, EZ Trade Pro does not take responsibility for the quality or content of the Signals, and Users bear all risks associated with their use. EZ Trade Pro is not liable for any unavailability of the Platform or other Services, any difficulty or inability to download or access content, or any communication system failure that results in Service unavailability. EZ Trade Pro may, at its discretion, update, modify, or adapt the Platform and its functionalities from time to time with minimal downtime. EZ Trade Pro is not responsible for any support or maintenance of the Platform, and any downtime resulting from these actions. To the extent permitted by law, EZ Trade Pro disclaims all implied warranties regarding the availability of the Platform and other Services, which are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind. While EZ Trade Pro takes utmost care in compiling its Services, it does not guarantee the reliability of third parties involved in accessing or using the Platform, and Users are solely responsible for their use. EZ Trade Pro and Users agree to limit liability with respect to the use of the Services. EZ Trade Pro is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or costs incurred by Users, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of EZ Trade Pro. EZ Trade Pro is not liable for any damage caused by the User due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User in the execution of the Agreement. If EZ Trade Pro is liable, for any reason, the liability will be limited to an amount of $1000 USD or 100% of the total amount paid by the User for the use of the Services in the preceding six months, or the amount that the insurance company of EZ Trade Pro will disburse in that specific case, whichever is lower. EZ Trade Pro is not liable for any damage resulting from (no or limited) access to and use of the Platform (or other Services) or the content provided thereon, including loss of profit arising in any way from, but not limited to: ●The operation or unavailability of this Platform (or other Services); ●Downloading or using any functions and/or software available through our Platform (or other Services) (such as Signal Providers and hyperlinks); ●claims of third parties (or regarding third parties) in connection with the use of the Platform (or other Services); ●Loss of data; ●The proper functioning of (hyper)links available through our Platform (or other Services); ●the quality of any template containing Hopper settings, provided by Users on the Website; ●The (lack of) financial benefit for the Users through the use of the Platform; ●Any situation where the User’s mobile devices and/or login Credentials are stolen and any third party subsequently makes use of the Services without User’s consent; ●Any damage or alteration to User’s equipment, including but not limited to computer equipment or a (handheld) device as a result of the installation or use of the Platform (or other Services); ●Any damage incurred due to the use of an exchange that our Platform is using for trading or otherwise connected to or due to the use of any other third party required, for example as a result of unavailability or insolvency thereof; or a failure to meet any of EZ Trade Pro’s obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to events beyond EZ Trade Pro’s reasonable control. EZ Trade Pro has no control over the data and information transmitted between Users on the User-Forum and Question-Section, which are User Generated, and EZ Trade Pro will not monitor any content on the User-Forum uploaded or shared by Users. Therefore, EZ Trade Pro is not liable for any data and information on the User-Forum generated content. EZ Trade Pro may remove content and information from the User Forum and Question Section if we are notified that the content or information is unlawful, violates these Terms, or is otherwise inappropriate.
10. Help Desk
EZ Trade Pro has a helpdesk where Users can ask questions about the Services. EZ Trade Pro will only advise about the functioning of the Services. EZ Trade Pro explicitly does not: Give Users any personal advice on recommended settings for the platform; Give Users any personal financial advice. EZ Trade Pro may upload general tutorials and academy videos on the Website, about the functioning of the bot. All tutorials, videos, and templates uploaded by EZ Trade Pro are general and contain in no way personal and/or financial advice. All use of these tutorials, videos, and templates is at the sole risk of the User. The User can connect their account to a Signal Provider. Signal Providers are not provided by EZ Trade Pro, but they are provided by external advisors. All use of Signal Providers is at the sole risk of the User.
11. Risks
The use of our Services is only suitable only for Users that fully understand the risks involved in such use. This, inter alia, implies that you understand the price volatility in the cryptocurrency market and that the potential loss in trading or holding cryptocurrencies can be all or substantial. You guarantee that you shall only put in money that you can afford to lose. You warrant that you are aware that additional risks of trading cryptocurrencies may exist that have not been outlined in these Terms, our Website, App, and/or on our Platform. You understand that it remains at all times your responsibility to carefully assess all the risks and determine whether your level of knowledge, financial standing, and tolerance for risk are suitable for the use of our Services and the use of cryptocurrencies which are part of a volatile market. Moreover, you are aware of the risks associated with the use of our Services, among which the risk of possible errors and interruptions, and you assume full responsibility for these risks. At no point, EZ Trade Pro provides any investment, legal, or tax advice. EZ Trade Pro does not consider your personal circumstances (among which, are your financial situation and investment objectives). If you wish to receive such advice or considerations, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT, PROFESSIONAL ADVCE PRIOR TO THE USE OF ANY OF OUR SERVICES.
12. Indemnification
EZ Trade Pro will be held harmless and indemnified by User for all liabilities, damages, and costs (including settlement costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from any third-party claims regarding: any damages or injury caused by User’s behavior related to the use of our Services; and any breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order by User.
13. Hyperlinks
EZ Trade Pro provides hyperlinks to third-party websites for the User’s convenience. However, such links do not imply endorsement by EZ Trade Pro of any products or services provided on or via such websites. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of such hyperlinks. EZ Trade Pro is not responsible nor liable in any way for the content, use, or availability of such websites. The veracity, accuracy, reasonability, reliability, and completeness of the information contained on such internet sites have not been verified by EZ Trade Pro.
14. Miscellaneous
EZ Trade Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms. When we make significant changes, we will notify Users through our newsletter (if you have provided us with your email address) and by posting a notice on our website, along with the updated Terms. By continuing to use our Services, you acknowledge the most recent version of these Terms. Our failure to enforce (parts of) these Terms cannot be interpreted as waiving the right to enforce them at a later time or against another User. You may not transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. We will replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that closely reflects the intention of the original provision. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, all disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court of Utah, unless the dispute can be resolved amicably.

Please include your contact information and a clear description and reason for your complaint. We usually process complaints within seven (7) working days.
